Application for membership of SIFA Incorporated
Thank you for your interest in membership of SIFA. The following documents are available for you to review:

Once you are satisfied that you meet the membership criteria, you need to find two current SIFA members to sponsor your application (see the "Find an Adviser" tab). You can request a full copy of the rules from those sponsoring your application for membership, or search SIFA Inc. at the Companies Office web site (use the "Search other Registers" link).
There is no joining fee for new members, but new members (once accepted) must pay the annual subscription fee ($250 inclusive of GST) for the current year to 31 March, regardless of when they join.
Please liaise with your sponsors and forward to one of them the following:
- Completed SIFA Application form (to be emailed as an Excel spreadsheet, not hard copy);
- Your current Primary Disclosure Statement and a recent or template Secondary Disclosure Statement;
- Copy of your Declaration (note the original needs to be posted by you to me).
With regard to the application form (Excel spreadsheet) please do not print off and fill out in pen. Rather, fill out the form on screen and email the completed spreadsheet to one of your sponsors.
It is your sponsors' responsibility to satisfy themselves as to your suitability for SIFA membership and of the details in your paperwork.Once satisfied, one of your sponsors should email to me:

I will be emailing your Primary and Secondary Disclosure Statements, and the Excel spreadsheet, to all SIFA members for their input before the committee makes a decision. You may therefore want to email your Primary and Secondary Disclosure Statements as PDFs.
